Selling Network of 12 "free stuff websites" with good traffic with 80k+ page views per month

I have a small network of membership based free stuff classified ad sites. I have 11 city sites and one main site with about 33k items listed. The main site I just completly rebuilt is on the 11th of last month and is now fully automated. The site has gotten almost 6k visitors during July and had over 450 different keywords that drove traffic. The site has had almost 70k pages views this month. All the traffic is natural search engine traffic. The city sites will all run from 400 to 1k visitors per month as well. If someone is really interested I can pull the traffic numbers for all the sites. Most of the city sites rank well and the main site is really starting to pick up a lot of odd search term traffic because of the vast amount of content.

The sites have a custom script that pulls the items on the site from other free classified ad sites so the content is fully automated. The city sites are all membership based. If someone wants to contact someone on the site you have to be a member and that cost $3.95 per month. The main site is currently using a content locker. If you try to contact someone you must fill out a survey to unlock the contact form. That is a new idea and I have not really done enough marketing to see how well it works but it has made a little money from it but adsense might be the best option for these sites right now.

There are a few members on the city sites that will have to remain in place. I am not selling the current members. If I do that and ask them all to cancel their current subscription then I am sure they will just cancel so the buyer will have to get his own subscriptions or change them over to content locked sites which I think might be a better idea.

This is a very big market. I have started doing some SEO work for the site for the keyword "free" which gets 11m search per month (according to the google keyword tool) and the competition is low and some work has been done for the keywords "free stuff" and "freebies" which gets 246k searches and 110k searches. We have built a lot of backlinks but with some good seo work it should be easy to get ranked for these terms and greatly increase the traffic numbers.

I have a great marketing plan for these sites that works well if you have the time to put into the site. I just do not have the time to mess with them right now but if you are interested and actually have the cash to spend PM me and I will discuss it with you. They are priced at $33 each and I would rather sell them all together. If someone wants to really build a large network I will finish out the city site. My plan was to build a city site for the top 200 cities in the US. Even if each site only gets 400 visitors per month that is still 80k visitors per month just to the city sites and then you have the main site. I can finish the other 190 sites for $4500 which gives you have 200 site in the network. Even if each site makes you $3 per month that is still a great return on your investment with little to no work.
