I am bit confused. Are you selling a network of sites or looking for buying? If you are selling, then you say we need to sign the NDA which should the other way as people who are buying should intiate the talks on signing the NDA as the party selling might again create the same network of sites.

Am i missing anything here? Or for knowing the network of sites you have, we should sign the NDA ? If yes, then its way too much to handle...

I don't know why he don't want to make it public, but I think he has the right to keep his inventory secret. I dont want to comment on the sites, but I am sure other potential buyers will personally do their research before making payment. Just my 2 cents.
