Is there a network that, like Adsense, only reviews manually your first site, and once it is accepted, you can put your code on other sites without even having to specify them on your Adsense dashboard. Other networks *technically* allow this, i mean if you put your code on another non-reviewed site, it just works and you can get revenue from it, BUT it is against their TOS and if they catch you they ban you and/or cancel all your revenues. Google instead does not take care of your sites where you have put your code AFTER your first site has been accepted.
