I've heard that network bars with drop down menu's don't help your PR's value etc to other pages. Is that true? If so, is there a way to create a drop down menu that DOES help with PR value...
If you can achieve the effect in CSS, make sure the code is lower on the page then your content, as obviously you want the engines indexing your content first. iFrames are generally fine from experience but real frames are bad, bad, bad.
Just submit a XML sitemap to google. This way all of your pages are indexed in google. Google can't see the links in a iframe menu automaticly. Website: http://www.google.com/webmasters/
