Netsafe Onlije Statement

    Anyone EVER tried to SUBMIT Netsafe Online Statement and got it approved from paypal ?

    LIKE NET SAFE SCREEN SHOT { though payapl categorically mentioned that they don't accept Online statement } !!

    And WHY paypal needs to charge and verify CC when they take photo and address proof ?

    hmmm But risky ? But if they reject it... my accnt will get close for 180 days or just limited ?

    PayPal needs a statement of a single card !

    But in this screenshot there are many cards !

    And you can't have a statement for a vcc as its used once only. :p

    I have few choices with me , to lift/continue with my limited paypal :

    1) Submit Net safe Online statement and wait for their feedback , thinking it will get rejected.BUT not CLOSE my account. They may mention Information provided NOT sufficient.If you look at the statement, first 7 digits of card are always same. May be I can blurred other digits ( But they doesn't like anything getting blurred) !!!

    2) Get SBI Yuva Card and Add it and Change it to primary and get charged 1.95 and submit statement for that. LONG PROCESS.

    3) Get ICICI Instant Credit card but BANK stopped issue of all new card.

    4) Any other choice ?
