just now i sucessfully added new netsafe card to my paypal account.the paypal also charged $1.95 on the card.but one thing is unable to link and confirm.what is this?i also got my expuse number in the card statement.then why it is showing error message like this "We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card". what should i do now?
it has been working since ages.. I verified my paypal account for the first time using netsafe But they might ask you for proof soon and block the account temporarily but will unblock once you provide the account statement and other details But netsafe works on a temporary basis.. after your netsafe card expires they would again ask for verification I used a really CC once the netsafe card expired
