same question? dude,, ps, before you send a pm saying please issue a support ticket, i cant issue a support ticket because the "YOUR" hosting website is down, as well as my one single wordpress website with zero content, and zero traffic,, so i know its not "me" that is making a fool out of myself, for $20 im more than happy to track you down and send in the hit squad. its a small world and your obviously a very small "useless host"

I also use this hosting services and I also hate the down time. But the admin already send me a PM and explaining what's happen to the server. Well, at least the server is already up again now. Nothing perfect in every web hosting plan. Outages or server problem is usually happen. For budget hosting plan, we should know that nothing with 100% uptime guarantee. I'll give them a try and I think the seller is serious person to growing their web hosting business.
