I am your current customer with the same specs (well i was upgraded for free a couple of months ago). My VPS is also based in NL. are these 5 VPS you are selling are in the same server where my account is? Im assuming that since this is VPS, you do not oversell? Just worried. I barely use my VPS though but i dont want a time to come when i will be using it and does not have enough resources for me thank you very much for understanding
Sharmaine, As you have not given me your customer details, I am unable to check. But if you have been a customer with us for quite some time, it means you are in our older servers pool (but that doesnt mean we are short on resources on that, we just added new servers in another Data Center). The current offer are not from our older servers pool but on the new ones at Ecatel. We do not oversell our VPS, that is for sure. You are assured that whatever allocated to you will be there, we do not over allocate our resources, VPS, Shared or otherwise. Server has been down for over 24 Hours. No replies to tickets. Everytime something wrong happens, support disappears. Sent you 2 Pm's no replies to them, this is very unacceptable.
Can you use Set UP Private Nameservers for Accounts under ur own..such as If i buy a VPS:.i can setup private nameservers for accounts created in mine? Also, What about more Dedicated IP's?

At least ure a host that contacts the buyer before taking any action on any complaints..i hate other hosts which just suspend your account for receiving a complaint..and dont even let u prove that theyre wrong.. EURO SRV Rocks!
EuroSRV is a good host and I didn't post here to make you guys look like a bad host, but my VPS was down for over 36 hours and no updates and it's still down but now I know what's wrong and I got a backup account thanks to Eddie. A 2 hour downtime is a lot for me, imagine a 36+ hour downtime, specially when you are running an advertising campaign. I didn't get any updates during those 36 hours neither my ticket get an answer until today and that was the reason why I posted here, to get your attention. I know you are not here 24/7, neither am I, but you do get email updates whenever someone replies to your threads, specially when you try to sell and future customers are asking pre-sales questions. As I said EuroSRV is a good host, I've been with them for 6 months and I don't regret it but I think you should update customers, no matter if you don't know what's wrong with the Server, something is better than nothing, that's my suggestion, other than that, good host with affordable prices to be offshore.
