Buying Netflix style hover popup

    I'm looking for a netflix style popup to come up when I hover over a link. The information contained in the popup should be generated dynamically and pulled from an SQL database. None of the info should load when the original page loads, only when someone hovers over the link. The plugin should be responsive vertically so when I scroll near the fold of the page the popup senses this and it doesn't cut it off. I will handle the backend stuff, I just need your script to pull the info from SQL and I'll take care of it from there.

    If you're still looking, can I know first an url link to your page where you'd implement this popup? And by the way, isn't SQL always part of backend?
