I recently registered a few domains with them and right now I type my domain name and I can't access them. The error message I get is timed out. I have tried it with proxy and it works. I talked to them and they said clear your cache, I did and it has been several days and still the same problem. I googled it and seems like their previous customers complaining about same stuff like spammers hacking netfirms and blocking domain owners from accessing their own domains. I just got another email and sent them another one in reply but seems like their service sucks and so I am looking to transfer the domains to some other service asap.. any suggestions for some nice sites, preferably not very expensive.
I had a similar problem with Netfirms, though I only purchased hosting from them. DNS propagation takes more than 24 hours
