Neteller Withdrawals Question

    I have a Neteller account USD as the currency and I have a question that whether they convert the USD to EUR when withdrawing via wire transfer (since I don't have sufficient balance in my Neteller account I can't withdraw right now and can't confirm whether they do such and I am afraid to fund that account if they do that) like Skrill does which is their sister company does.

    If someone who is using a Neteller USD account who has withdrawn via wire transfer can confirm whether they do such USD to EUR translation before sending money to my bank it would be a great help. I don't want let them to make money from doing such crappy currency translations and loose portion of my money.

    I get my money in EUR but the Neteller account is also in EUR. Don't it require you to have a bank account in USD and to have the Neteller account in USD as well so no exchange is made?!
