There is no problem in using Net + cards presently, you will have to use ATM's of Citibank, HSBC or HDFC to withdraw cash using the NetPlus cards by Neteller

and also, Neteller Netplus cards will stop working from Feb 14th, This is kind of disappointing as withdrawing cash from Neteller would become very difficult considering the fact wire transfers will not be accepted by Indian banks from Neteller.

I loved the Net+ card of Neteller. I used to get money in my hand in minutes. Once, I made a withdrawal from Onbux to Neteller and subsequently made ATM withdrawal using my Net+ card instantly.
In short, my money from Onbux.com was in my hands (hard cash) in just a few minutes thanks to Neteller's Net+ card.

In my opinion Neteller is the best payment processor because no other major payment processor allows you to have hard cash by just walking to a ATM and they have very competitive charges.
But, it seems our government doesn't want our citizens to Enjoy fast cash withdrawals from abroad. First, our goverment targeted Paypal. So, withdrawing from Paypal is not as easy as before. Then they targeted Payoneer and now Neteller.
