    hello friends,


    Can neteller debit card can be used to withdraw money from Indian paypal.?

    Because neteller is not Indian company and so RBI rules may not apply to it.

    Have anyone tried it ?

    neteller debit is issued by neteller.com which is UK based company but it dosen't support india.. i have try to signup with them but they have cancelled my application..if neteller accepts u r application then you can use there debit card to withdraw money in paypal by adding it

    I have verified Indian account in neteller.

    Can I get the money in it ?

    Will RBI or any other hold this transaction or I will get the money ? :confused:

    I am sorry that you can not withdraw money from PP to Netlr card, even though

    its verified.(they provide the card only after verified )
