Hello DP friends, It has been about a month since I sold my blog to a very good DP guy goodwebmasters. I transfered the account infos and other data to him. And requested my domain registrar for the domain key so that the new owner can take over the domain. But by now, I have not got my domain key or a single reply regarding it. I have sent some 50 mails to them and used the site a lot of times but no reply. When I called them to there office no. they said to mail them and the matter and they will take quick actions but I can't see any action. Is Net4Domains.com fooling people? The new owner is asking for the domain key and he should. But what can I do? Anyone had a similar problem? Anyone have any solution?
Try to mail a final notice to them... and say them if you are not giving you will report to ICANN about this incident as its compulsory for every registrar to help customer if they want to move the domains... i think this can help... and after writing this email also call to there customer care and tell them the same thing... hope so this helps.... anyway have you checked your "bulk folder" if the mail has been missing...in inbox
Net4Domains is really a sad domain registrar and really the worst customer support. I lost one of my domains with them
