Pretty sure the .com didn't sell for 200k . I've seen some crazy auctions for cheap domains on flippa, but this isn't the case. Plus I've seen a of bunch sell with 1 bid. Flippa doesn't actually handle the payout process, so for all we know, he bid on his own. This one didnt actually sell for 27.5 mil. https://flippa.com/2921186-domainhighend-intelligenttld

I don't see any info on the domain history to see that it was transferred 5 years ago or a unique ip. And...not if he filed a 2 second dispute to claim the buyer didn't pay in which case, typically a free relist and no success fees ( aside from the OG listing which he would be paying anyhow). The only person (speculating) who would spend 200k on the domain is cheaptickets.com, and if that were they case, it'd be a redirect to their site, not parked, spamming useless ads.

I don't think we should be making assumptions that it wasn't a true sale, don't want anyone to get in trouble here but I would say:
    - The sale's Flippa fee was paid, otherwise the seller would of been banned
    - The seller has made over $600k of sales - See his profile at https://flippa.com/users/289668

To keep this on topic, these domains are still for sale.

You know what, he needs to pay a success fee of 10% from the buy price. In this case, he required to pay $20k for the success fee which is quite expensive. If I were him, I will never do a self bidding because at the end of day, he need to pay the fee. Otherwise, his account will be banned permanently. But, it does not happen to him, so? I believe this is legit.

Yep I believe it's legit too because the seller would of been banned otherwise, also how many people would spell cheap - "chep" and the number of results given means there's alot of searches for it.

That said, this is still an auction and the .net and .org is still available
