.net or .org - Educational/Reference Blog...?

Ok so my scenario is that I have been able to generate a list of about 50 domains that have an exact search volume of 100,000 or greater. The .com versions are unavailable, but they aren't really competition either as they are parked. They all have .org and .net available though.

I am planning on making a bunch of autoblogs with them to sell on Flippa. Though I don't personally know why people buy them for $50-$100 dollars a piece, the people selling them seem to be doing quite well.

I'm leaning towards .net because I feel that TLD is more appropriate since an autoblog is not an organization, but I'm not the customer here. What would make the site sell easier?
