.NET image resizing

I'm looking for a simple way to resize images without (too much) quality loss - kind of thumbnails.

Users can upload pics on my site (often too large). Just want to know how I can reduce dynamically the size without too big quality loss.
I used drawing class but not conviced by the result for now.
