    I have this semi-built site for sale. I had plans to fully develop it but have no time for further developing it. The site comes with the domain, content and twitter account. This site is an online Nintendo games site which you can play games on the website without an emulator.

    I can continue to host the domain for 1 month, after which you will need to move it to your own hosting. I can also help transfer the site for FREE.

    There are no visitors, revenue etc. This was a privately built site which I was going to open after the site was finished.

    I only accept PayPal and PayPal fee's must be covered by you.

    What are you asking? And FYI it's not allowed to ask for Paypal fees in any transaction, read their TOS.
