Nerdy Travel Agent, new to SEO and IM in general.

    Hello, and nice to meet you!
    I'm Sharpay, a complete nerd and new to this whole "marketing" concept.

    I've recently joined a travel agency with a higher commission rate, but the catch is that I'm an independent contractor and I have to get the majority of my traffic and clients on my own. I'll be stalking the marketing forum all day!

    Outside of work I'm a total nerd! In fact, I'm on here just after completing our latest session of D&D (3.5, of course. We still need to try Pathfinder. 4E was....ugh. Not for us.) I have a huge problem with lurking... Lets see if I can contribute a bit more to DP!

    Hi Sharpay,
    Yeah you can lost in time on the Digital Point forums! Just make sure to take all the info you learn and out into action. Lots of friendly people on here and a ton of information. At least you know what niche you are in and that you need traffic to your site, that is a great start! Good luck and I hope you start making commissions fast.
