I'm fine with leaving the computer off, when enjoying the company of a fine lady! "Kinda Dorky Light-Weight Nerd"
One thing I wasn't sure of that I had to figure out... The reference to TOS or TNG. When I saw the choice "Star Wars is better" I know it was "Star Trek: The Next Generation" for TNG (which I love!) Yet I was looking for Voyager and trying to remember the one I like less that's more recent, where they're still on Earth and just evolving... yeah, "Enterprise". Then it hit me, "TOS" must be "The Original Series" (which just doesn't do it for me these days, although I always enjoyed it growing up). ...Fun test, thanks for the link!
I thought it was fun (revealing) to see all the ways I can be considered nerdy: - Sci-Fi lover (Star Trek and Star Wars, especially) - "computer stuff" - movie lover And other areas that don't apply to me specifically: - comic books - movie props (light sabers) - reading/book lover - DVD collector - programmer/writes code Hopefully we're all passionate about something, which those not into that would consider "nerdy"
I suppose it could also be called "Trekkie Operating System" -- Uh-oh, I may have just coined a new "cool" word! (Although it's probably been thought of already, because that's such an established subculture.)
