oh im sorry, neoshares changed from offshore to us currently but warez indexing is still allowed on our private server
sorry, it isnt a scam and you have to wait for an admin to get to you, they just moved servers to the us from netherland and are having trouble from getting hacked and stuff, we are installing instant account scripts and stuff (what the admin said xD). trust me, we still allow indexing of stuff and yeahz, if you need any help, you can get it here neoshares.net and i am not a admin but a sales agent.
proxy is not allowed because it takes up alot of server resources, We allow warez indexing, torrent indexing , image hosting, legal adult content, and yeah.
