I didn't know Neopets was that popular. Did you?

 

There is many successful highscool teens out there and they pick someone who is making $1K/month?

I mean all power to her, don't get me wrong $1K is great! But if they wanted a story, i'll send them to my friends who don't brag to the press about making a mere $1K a month.

She's number 5 on Google for Neopets and only makes $1K? Hmmm, I could get about $2K minimum.

 

TheDailyNeopets generates $10 - $20/day. Her ad placement isn't all that good and she's just using adsense.

 

There are younger teenagers making more than her. In all honesty, she does not deserve to be in that news article. Instead, teens like Donny Ouyang, the owner of Kinkarso, should be on there. He makes a buttload more than her lame '$1,000.'

 

Isn't he like 15? Ya, he deserves the publicity.

 

Neopets is huge. i always thought it was crammed full of mfa websites. And only $1000 a month... you gotta be kidding me. Im a teen myself, but im sure i could fix the placements she's got.

ROFL this is a one in a million chance type story, don't be taken. I own a website called the daily neopets which is in direct competition with her site (see google results for the keyword 'neopets'). I get about 10k-15k uniques a day or so and am not making near as much as she is. Yeah, the nice pays about $0.02 per click, so don't get too excited. It's actually a pretty bad niche to be in...

Tipem, really ? Care to share how much you get then ? You have lot of pages. And with 10-15k visits a day even with 0.02 a click you should earn decent

 

Yeah... my max ever was like 400 clicks at $0.02. Normally it's around 200 for me. You do the math. About $10 a day. It's a bad niche, trust me lol.

 

Your site has so much potential, but really bad ad placement.

 

It's not a bad niche. You need to optimize your ads. If the blogger can generate $30 - $40/day you can too. She has the ads link in her nav bar and ads in the content.

 

how old is she? I thought you cannot join adsense if your under 18
