    Good luck with trying to get your refund back.
    According to them, they said there will be NO REFUNDS for RESELLER PLANS.
    And if you ask for help in OffshoreGuy he will just ask you to backup your stuff within 1 week or pay to get it back up and sent to you.
    If there is something wrong with your hosting, he will throw you to the old owner for help, the old owner will throw you back to OffshoreGuy for help, thus you won't get any help.
    So I don't care whether or not those screenshots posted about neocpanel was true or false.
    Their service and support is still terrible. And we have all rights to be angry, cause we paid for something that isn't even finished and we have to commit to extra payment schemes to continue it.
    This is how frustrated I am. By the time 1 week is over, I still won't be able to back up, cause neocpanel claims offshoreguy has the login details, offshoreGuy claims they don't. So what the fuck you guys expect me to do?

    P.S. Don't bother mailing them. They aren't even botherd to reply to me, and if they did, its in low standard.

    Do you know how sad you lot made him when I was talking to him?! He said he wanted to not scam your money off and give you cheap and you don't even respect him!
    He nealy gave up hosting business! I know him and he won't do such things...

    I am looking for a reliable offshore host too, not sure there are any tho.

    no support
    they ripped me off $200
    no replies to support tickets for over a month
    no service for over a month
    the owner replies to me on the public forms but won't reply in a private message to take care of my problem
