You are right ! In current paypal policy , the seller is totally not covered if they sell thing like service (web hosting service), the seller is not covered by paypal seller protection. And we are not in their buyer protection also. So only charge back will success. Any charge back will success because paypal won't protect this kind of seller. Paypal will ignore any TOS (even you break it) . So .... do charge back ASAP ^.^ You will get all the money and the seller need to pay charge back fees ($5-30). So if I am a seller I will refund the money because if I don't , I will loss money more than I earn. p.s The step to get your money back 1. open a dispute and make it to a "claim" ASAP (don't wait..). 2. you can ignore the result about this dispute...(usually you will loss, but don't care it!) 3. do charge back process (contact your bank) 4. 1 or 2 month later , you will get all the money.

Your options are to stay with us- offshoreguy - and buy non oversold hosting on a monthly basis at cheap prices - or you can alternatively choose to fully backup your work and find a different host. This flex is an extremely cheap guy...Good that DP BANNED him. He deserved it. He can't provide fake screenshots and used abusive language in emails and in support tickets also....what a pity for him...

Hi, That is strange of you to provide 2 different responses. One in my PM stating OffshoreGuy will deal with my issue and they have the details for everything (despite the fact he said he doesnt according to: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=11884499&postcount=321) And now your stating it will be fixed as its migrating... Also, it is irrelevant of you to bring up issues such as the above stated; For you have not even dealt with my support issue for over 5 days, through e-mail or forum. Its only now I'm being noticed. And once again, I did not take side of Flex360, I took side of voicing my opinion about neocpanel hosting. I wasn't even merely stating his facts were 100% true unless you were looking in the implied meaning. The only thing I agreed with, with Flex was that the so-call TYPO and ToS changes were very unplanned for and the management overall was terrible.w

i have 2 account with neocpanel one is on germany $100(alpha reseller) and another is on australia $50(master reseller) unlimited plan...... can you guys tell me......... what is going on here and what you do with me.....................i have paid a lot of amount..............
crazymanu, according to what I was told. neocpanel will completely be migrated to OffshoreGuy and if we wish to continue our hostings, we will have to pay... which is completely insane.
