@ flex I have worked for Domdaf and he was a really good person. I don how this all happene but you must of really pissed him off but I do still know your point is valid
My site is still down... and I can't access neocpanel to make a ticket since its under "MIGRATION". An estimate of how long this would take woudl be nice.
In regards to that question i got, no - non of the neocpanel staff will work with me, we have our own client base and our own staff. @ MrSaints, the servers are still up and we will move accounts who want to move from neocpanel to offshoreguy. So basically you pay the monthly fee and you get 1 month on top free of charge. Please understand that we are only going to move/migrate the clients who will buy from us, so basically - you buy a plan from us and then request your backup to be moved over then, your next invoice will be issued a month later, hence 1 month free on top. In a weeks time we will stop the old neocpanel's servers. So if you need any backups we can issue that for a small fee if you are going to a different host or for free if you stay with us as it requires some time to move an account / back it up etc. and time is money regards
But I currently have a reseller plan from neocpanel. So are you saying, if I don't buy from OffshoreGuy, it will be wiped without any compensation? And I don't seem to see any reseller plans at offshoreGuy.
I ordered a DP reseller unlimited host, for 15$ one day before neocpanel closed, now this guy says he dont offer unmetered anymore but i can pay 10$ and get a month hosting and the month after for free... old owner: give me 15$ back.... (i paid it on the 3rd.)
I recomend you to raise a claim in paypal... This host is very unprofesional. And, new Offshoreguy: I think that is unnprofesional to get a "ransom" for the backup of the old clients. It's the fault of Flex if everything like this happen! If Flex has agree to pay the $10 as penalty charge on the same day, his account would have been unsuspended, but unfortunately instead he have posted lot of fake negative comments and have even given to my Boss 2 negative itrader which is totally unfair. Also guys read the TOS properly! Refund are not given for Reseller / Master and Alpha reseller. To ItPolar You are not even host by us, so why you are getting involved in this thread ?
I suggest everyone raises a claim i am going to now aswell i have waited to long and no refund also my site was suspended also i paid with credit card so im no even going to raise a cliam a striaght charge back works better. @upsee Yes but you have to give a refund if you didnt set it up dont you ? How can you just abandon someone like that you guys suck so badly !
what the hell is this.. i paid him already. Within 2 days my account suspended and got this message for no reason: i lost my files,i lost my time and i lost my money!
Hi Don't worry it show this message because your account is being transferred on another server it should be back to normal in within 24 hours
Please let me say some things on this case. I know that i am not hosted by you but i have the freedom to speak. 1.] You said that we need to read your TOS properly, but the problem is the company itself is changing the TOS for their own convenience. First it states that users must not use up 25% of the resource, now it was change to a lower one. 2.] Why would flex agree in paying $10 for his files? i mean that's more of a blackmail or ransom if you look at it. Why would i pay $10 for my own files? 3.] Don't you see the screenshots that are presented against the hosting company, those are solid proof that the company is hiring immature people in there company. 4.] If you really want to regain the trust from people, just apologize first. Then make your services better. "REMEMBER, CUSTOMERS ARE THE CORE OF THE BUSINESS. AND FEEDBACKS ARE THE LIFE OF IT. We will fully backup your account and give you a link to download it. Hi - its not a ranson and its not unprofessional mate, we charge due to man work hour. It is just 5$ if they want their files zipped and ready for download, or they can alternatively go with us (starting @ 1.50$) and they get all their files on fast servers in the Netherlands. How about you wait for 1 week before you begin to migrate? Then we back it up ourselves. Belier is right. It does seem almost as if our files are being held as ransom. Just a small tip, if your wishing to buy a low rep hosting company in the future, ensure you are prepared to deal with "ITS" clients. And whats this upsee is saying? Seems completely different to what you said about account migration. I'm not sure if they are still up, by my site is inaccessible. I just want a clear 3 days to quickly backup everything. Besides that, this whole migration thing is really poorly executed, cause now I don't even know who to turn to for help. my Cpanel says: "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]"
I was a client, I just try it 6 days long ago and run from it, because I just feel that something was wrong. And, in other hand: Im a part of this community (Digital Point), I have the right of talk, like every other person upsee =) Just my 2 cents.
Guys! I have check all the logs / email etc and i can promise you that no foul language has been used between the conversation from our Staff and Flex. The only 1 who was using abusive language was Flex because his webhosting account got suspended for Server Abuse. Also i will tell you the trust, i did the TOS for my boss and unfortunately i have copy and paste the line where it show that the overload limit is 25% , but it was a typo mistake! We can't accept 25% of system resources on our 8 Core Server else everybody will abuse. The Question is ! how Flex did the Screenshot of the email ??? The answer is: He has use an Anonymous Mail Sender, and he has use neocpanel email address as Sender So you guys think that the mail was send by us!! Our main priority on neocpanel is to serve our clients and to respect them! So as you can see Flex has been banned from DP now for 1) Fight, using bad language on DP 2) For using fake screenshot 3) For Multiple same posts! 4) For giving my Boss multiple Itrader I hope you guys should know now who was the bad guy now! Just my 2 cents...
Well besides defending your hosting, can you at least help with the issue I'm having as stated in my previous post?
