I am the Innocent guy in this Story! Flex360 has broken the TOS by overloading my server, so i had no choice to suspend his account! but unfortunately he make that a long story and was threating my staff by Email / Ticket.

I was ready to unsuspend his account but unfortunately now he has given me a bad Itrader! So i can't afford to excuse him if he is not willing to understand that we are strict about the TOS !!

I have lot of positive Itrader! so guys! before you accuse me! try to understand who is the innocent and the bad person here!!

Really i am sick of all these problem!! You guys don't even see who it the bad guy here!

 

Time, time ago I get a hosting account from Neocpanel... I just get scared in the week and get out. Now Im happy running my own server, but neocpanel is just lot of problems.

The name is Ryan - if you dont know me - i run offshoreguy, which has been up since approximately 4 months and we are rock solid - touch wood.

After a reasonable think, i decided it will be for a better good to keep domdaf's reputation high - he said he cant seem to manage hosting anymore, many people also fell into this trap - where they just decide to STOP and forget all the clients.

But as he knows im an honest person and really like what i do, i appreciate it that he came to me asking if i can manage his clients. Thus i bought neocpanel and all accounts will be migrated on to a new server in the Netherlands allowing you to host all content except for child porn, spam and phishing.

Once we get everything ready, we will speak to domdaf and ask him to mass mail all the clients, so we move the ones that want to stay on our premium network. If you would like to leave and not have hosting anymore, i cant refund you as i wasnt owning this company.

Neocpanel's customers will turn into OffshoreGuys' and you will be pampered by our support team keeping all your worries behind you.

I will keep you guys updated in this thread aswell.

I have been hosted by neocpanel since long and i followed their TOS and all is fine.

@flex, they told you they will unsuspend you site right? why all this then? just curious...

 

they didnt unsuspend my site, then he came back here behind my back lying and saying that i broke his TOS.

Well, I have been in the hosting industry since 2004,
from what this looks like to me is a quick setup host and shutdown business.

No one can offer $10/year hosting. It is not possible, always avoid such low pricing hosting and you will avoid issues like this. Good webhosting with good customer support should cost about $6.99-$10.99 a month. Keep this in mind when purchasing the right kind of hosting for your web site.

As of now their site is down. I also find their spelling and the kind of language they used kind of pathetic and inappropriate. That is not how a host should act. Yes, I took my name to go through and read every page and every message.

@flex, listen bro - im taking over neocpanel and moving the accounts to a better server/location ... As i will be the new owner and with a company running for 4 months rock solid *touchwood* we will give you your files without any BS. But we do want you to adhere to the new TOS that we will make ey?

i adhered to the old TOS, which was 25% max resource. the new one is 15%, so sure yes i will adhere to it.

 

but, thats really fail, that the Company is uploading a Backup of his Site in the WWW...
