flex360 we will not suspend your site because you have not followed the TOS You have use more than 20% of our CPU / Memory and the limit is 10% Also MrSaints if we are strict about our Policy,this is to make sure that our Server is not overloaded and stay fast.... We are not here to do overselling like other host.... flex360 is someone who don't have patient! and he is always exaggerating!
I beg to differ. But your site clearly does not state this well enough as all I can see is: "a) Use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. Hello I am the owner of Neocpanel I have modify the Hosting Usage limit because it was a Typo mistake, it should be 15% instead of 25% Come on guys! if it was 25% it would be too much and everybody would abuse. As i am the owner of Neocpanel i have the right to change the TOS when i want, also Flex, if you have read the TOS, you would realise that once an account is suspended, you need to pay $10 as penalty charge to unsuspend it. We are very strict on our TOS so that we can keep our Server fast and to maintain it's stability. As soon you pay the $10 you will get your hosting account unsuspend, that's my final decision.
Buddy please calm down. Once again i tell you that it was a Typo mistake, nobody on DP will allow their client to use 25% of their system resources! Come on!! 25% is too much! Just pay $10 so that i can unsuspend your account sir and then you find another host.
Sorry but I'm not taking sides Domdaf. To be honest, if your running a professional group like a hosting company. Upon registration, all the Policies and ToS we read is what we follow. You did not specify anywhere that it is subjected to changes neither did you say we have to abide to such principles despite the fact we do. I have enough evidence to make you liable for all damages caused unless you take immediate action in the charges for all my suspended clients. Are you admitting your own ignorance in making a so-call "typo" and not double-checking? Also please note members of DP. Neocpanel has terrible inter-communication within their staff members. At one point I was told it was 10% of the resource limit according to the staff; In the next instance Domdaf claims its 15% and so does the website. Second case, They say its 10USD for un-suspending an account. According to the "NEW" and "RECENTLY UPDATED" ToS; it is 15USD. Please elaborate on this confusion? Or will you blame it on "TYPO"? If screenshots is not enough evidence for you, please note Google.com do perform web caching. And the web cache of Neocpanel's previous site does not show all these "NEW" modifications, its as if they implemented it to hide themsleves upon us finding out. I will seek legal consultation and ensure full jurisdiction over your specific region if my concerns are not addressed. As well as that I will make a public release including statements pertaining to your hosting services. PLEASE GOVERN YOURSELF ACT ACCORDINGLY.
Guess What Guys ? I found another so called TYPO in domdaf signature! Not it says "NeoCpanel.com - Onshore & Offshore Hosting Provider since 2006" Although NeoCpanel.com was only registerd on 2008-07-05 Your a hosting company and forgot about the whois ? FAIL You should refund everyone back and unsuspend my proxy site !
Also please charge him back as this is completely unfair there enough people his paypal account will get closed and all payments he makes to who ever will get reversed. I dont understand how it can be a typo and still expect us to pay 10$ i think they are trying to make us much money as they can befor they closed down.
i purchased one package. Initially had some probs with WHM. But their support center fixed it and now happy with this hosting.

Mr Flex has not followed the TOS and it is our job to make sure that everybody respect the Rules Also guys! Terrible experience ..... I think we should start a thread with well-know bad DP account and their company. Just for a list to help us avoid from them.
