Wow... it is getting pretty crazy all over. About 5 years ago I put my first house up on the market. In 3 days we were deciding which couple we wanted to sell our house too since we had plenty of offers. The ONE couple that gave us a below asking price offer called apologized profusely and asked to resubmit an offer, but we told them to take a hike. I don't think a lowering of interest rates would do much good right now. I'm just hoping the economy starts to pick up moving towards the '08 elections.
