I recently purchased 10 articles from a member (I wont post his name). I payed instantly in full after receiving the paypal address. I received the articles no problem, after looking at the articles I read them over. Not one article was legibly written, they were garbage and must have been spun about 100 times and not one of them was accepted into ezinearticles. Im fine with wasting my money on this, as I understand its a risk you take when buying articles here. So I left him a negative feedback for the bad articles and to give other members a heads up on my experience. He came back and gave me negative feedback as a buyer, when I gave him money instantly. (You cant ask for a better buyer than that can you?) So my question is why is this allowed? It doesn't seem to fair to me. I already am out money on bad articles now I am left with a bad feedback rating for being a good buyer. Thanks
Thats the price you pay for leaving a negative. dhwani.parmar has the right to leave one back for you maybe because he didn't have a nice aftersales experience with you. Now what you should do is, 1) Request the thread re-opened. 2) Post a factual account of what happened with a copy paste of articles he gave you This way when one clicks through to the thread from either of your negative ratings they'll be able to judge who was wrong themselves.
Bad after sale experience? Of course because he got negative feedback for selling bad stuff. Just because you are given negative feedback doesnt mean that it gives you the right to give it right back IMO. iTrader I thought is suppose to be about giving your experience on the transaction and items exchanged. Not based off if the other guy gave you a negative or positive feedback.
But that's how people here do it. They're bitter. If they have a negative, you get one too. Anyway, it doesn't matter. DP will be getting rid of the iTrader system soon.
Really? It's a good factor though IMO, it does help. It should just get a few moms and dads to take care of wrong iTraders. I do understand your point @OP, but it's just the way it goes right now. It's not cool, but just make sure you get that much positive iTraders that people won't look at that one
