recently withdrew 700bucks to my bank account and after that removed it always do for security reasons. Then weeks after the person had tried to reverse the funds so its in -money now. but its in my bank and removed from paypal. Also changed my address and everything dont plan to use paypal anymore. Paypal cannot take outta my bank? I can leave that paypal account empty and never use. Paypal cannot touch me? correct? already been months after i had my money though. Just recieved a email from paypal to restore my account because of suspicious activity regarding the receipt or withdrawal of funds. nothing will happen?
To my knowledge, Paypal cannot remove funds from your bank account, so you won't have anything to worry about, except a unhappy client that could cause you some issues. So at a minimum, I would be prepared to have facts to back up whatever reason he had to do a chargeback. He could pursue legal action depending on the situation.
no he's not going to i already talked to him he said that he too is -money seems like his funds were reveresed to someone elses.
Sorry i really did not understand what the issue. But as long as paypal has access to your bank account, they can withdraw amount in cases where they suspect you are fraud and duped someone.
Paypal can't remove funds from your bank account. And your story tells us that you have saved your money . Paypal will only email you to restore your account and that's it.
If you have negative balance for 45 days, they will email you threatening to take legal action & set collection agencies on you. If you are in the US, expect a letter from NCO- the debt collection agency which paypal uses.
If you are bank verified, then they CAN remove from your balance, but they Won't. Rather, they will set a collection agency on you, or charge your credit card that you have on file. I feel happy for you that you escaped alive. I lost $500 when Paypal locked my account, and I owe someone $$$$Luckily, I have $1000 in e-gold, so its all right.
why did paypal locked your account?? and how come paypal account balance goes...never heard before though!
