Just curious, but if (hypothetically) you were to strike a deal with someone, saying you would do something for them, and in return, they would make a review of your work. If its nearly been a month, and that member still hasn't made a review, and you have contacted them about it to no avail, would that be a valid reason to negative rep them? If not, what would be the proper procedure to take? Or, would it be best to just forget about it?
do you mean as in exchanging for review? I dont think review can count as trade or anything you may want to ask a mod on that and try asking the supposed reviewer.
I say hit them with the Neg. They didn't hold up their end of the bargain. But about the itrader thing I don't think you can hit them for that.
