    Another Victim of Paypal -ve Balance ,

    My Balance was 1900$ and one of my client pay me 600$ and total 2500$ so i request to transfter to my bank and its total 1,12,003 rs rate is 44.80 per $


    Now Paypal did one reversed entry and return money to my client back and i got -ve balance and not even they deposit money in my account ?

    so what should i do ?
