Well, Let's assume that you registered a domain 10 years ago, and you kept your domain, approximately you spent 8 * 10 = $80 for 10 years. You want to sell your domain but nobody pays it more than $30. You say WTF? You can't even get your reg+renewal fees! So there should be something wrong, and it's related with domain aftermarkets, if people were not able to grab expired domains, then market value of most of the domains would increase, we would never see a sale below hundreds of $ for each aged domain. It would effect all the domain prices as to their ages.. I was keeping some domains for several years, then I asked my self, why do I keep them After a specific point I'll not be able to make any profit on those domains in this market conditions, because nobody would pay even the reg fee and renewal fees.. What do you think?
