Negative Exact Match in Adcenter??

I don't think Adcenter recognizes Negative Exact. Has anyone else noticed this or found a way to do this?

In adwords for example if i wanted to bid on my competitor long tail phrases but not the actually name of the company. I'll use Walmart as an example.

[Walmart] negative exact match
Campaign Kws: Only 1 kw.
"Walmart" phrase match

So i'm looking for Walmart shoes, clothes at Walmart... etc just not [Walmart] itself.
Can this be done in Adcenter?

Negative Exact/Phrase matches are very useful on AdWords and are absent from MS AdCenter. See:

In the past I encountered this problem in regards to brand name exclusion. Now I added a feature request to MS AdCenter's official forum.
