Please help me, one night I woke up to transactions happening in my email so I checked my paypal account and realised that my account was being hacked, money entered into my paypal account from different people and transferred through my bank account (which was linked to my paypal) into two bank accounts i have never seen before. My Bank details and paypal details were compromised in some way. I quickly informed my bank and changed all my detailed, cancelled my card, but i am very scared now because my paypal account is negative £1000+.
I dont know what to do, i dont have that sort of money and the bank cannot recover it. My paypal account is limited and i have already tried to cooperate confirming my details with them in the hope that they understand that it is not my fault, as uncommon as the situation is.
Can paypal force me to pay the money? What will happen if i refuse to pay?

No, paypal can not force you to pay the money, they will limit your account for lifetime.
if you refuse to pay then you can not get your paypal account but paypal will say that if you want your paypal account back then you have to pay that amount. but they will not force you, they will just inform you. so no worries. on the other hand, you can inform paypal and turn on a dispute for your money you did not used. paypal will help you find that thief.

About the two bank accounts you've never seen before, aren't they under the thief's name? You might be able to track the thief through that account information.
