I like the overall site. The header looked a bit too huge. Try reducing the font size of the tag line in the header. Also, the text size in the posts looks too small to me (The one used in the first 3 posts) The older posts seem to have better and readable text.

 

Pretty neat design, and a good header image. The pink background may be somewhat distracting though, may want to make it a bit lighter. The text on the header could be centered better.

 

Get meta description and keywords sorted.
