For SEO On Keyword "Cosmetic surgery".......is it ok if i book domain like www.cosmeticssurgerycentre.com....

I am using "Cosmetics" instead of "cosmetic".......using alphabet "S" at the end.....

Will it make sense if searched keyword is "cosmetic sergery" on google?

    Kindly suggest

This is not good domain bcz cosmeticssurgerycentre.com cosmetic surgery centre this keyword have only 1,410,000 competition
and this cosmetic surgery center keyword have 3,440,000 competition so better is use center not centre bcz most of people use this word

I don't think it'd matter either way. Contrary to popular belief, I don't think keyword rich domains have great impact on rankings. Google will highlight the word "cosmetic" whether it's actually "cosmetics" or not.

Optimizing on "cosmetic sergery" is ok it has an global monthly search volume of 2,900 and Don.t waste time in optimizing for 'cosmetic surgery' it's better to concentrate on some long tail keywords with it's LSI keywords.
