Buying Neeed Urgent Web designers

Hi. I have work for you. I need basic html website with jpeg and gif images loaded. The basic concept of the site is to provide direct communication between local people with the district President/corporator.

Please tel me how much will you charge for 12 pages basic html coding. The clients is district president and he whats to get updates from his people or suggestion on regularly basis. There must be a block of section meant for suggestion/feedback.

Please reply me ASAP. I need to reply the client whether yes or no. Please demand less as this is my first outsourcing. If I'm satisfied with your work than I shall provide you further projects too.
