    PM me the details if you're still looking. Standard we charge $90 to a chop a layout (I think that's what you are asking for), which is of course done with CSS/HTML. We put in some extra work so it loads as quickly as possible and all images are compressed and optimized so there is no extra overhead and you don't have to wait an hour for your page images to load ;)
