Needs RSS feeds work bonus if work done early and needs continious work

    Hello programmers

    I needs a rss feed reader to be developed in php which has following infrastructure :

    1.) Anybody will select category (like music,art) and then subcategory under that will be display
    2.)Now user will select feed from(a combo box having feeds area like yahoo,msn,google etc.. around 8)
    3.)clikck on go button then news will be retrieve from that criteria.
