needs a weedmaps.com clone site. ready asap

STEP 1 : Installation and configuration. Time frame 4 days

1. Install Joomla and jReview (will be provided) http://reviewsforjoomla.com/
Open weedmaps.com and surf. Our site will be similar.
Configure joomla, jreviews, install all necessary modules and add a sample content so it'll work as weedmaps.com (same software is using).
Some notes
- Categories: We use 'featured' listings for 'coupons'.It does mean:
someone submit his disp and add coupons. Admin review the listing to approve it and if he see that coupons submitted he will mark a listing as "featured". Normally "featured" icon appears, we just replaced it for "coupon" icon.
Just rename 'featured' to 'coupons'. You don't need to edit db here. When users click "coupons" menu tab they will see a renamed featured listing page. (http://demo.reviewsforjoomla.com/featured-listings) If still unclear feel free to ask.
- Submit dispensary form must content all fields from our screenshot
- Add all content pages, so site nav menu works
- Add a sample listings for dispensary and doctors.
- Please note that all content is dynamic!
- For the gallery use http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/photos-a-images/photo-gallery/5481 (free)
- For the bottom 728x90 and unit links ads use any stable and free from http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/ads-a-affiliates/google-ads
- For newsletter use evrything you like just vbe sure that it works
- Find a doctor/add a doctor: same script for the listing, but it'll be in the /doctors/ folder, like weedmaps has.
For the doctors listing and submit doctors form Doctor Name, Doctor Address,City,State, Country, Zip Code,Phone Numbe,E-Mail should be used.
- See index.jpg and index2.jpg for the search box.
- Be sure that "geolocation" addons works (open weedmaps.com with Firefox to see what I mean)
All screenshots attached, so you'll be able to see all modules, boxes , pages you need to install. Doctors listing and add form is pending, but it'll be the same.
Once completed we'll release and you'll transfer all files on our test server.

You'll need to integrate the rest (ALL pages, screenshots attached, but note that doctors listings and submit a doctor will be added. Design will be like for dispensary, just a different wording). CSS/xHTML will be provided
Once completed we'll release and you'll transfer all files on our test server.
