Needing website logo $50 prize

Okie Dokie

I am looking for a site logo for my new site Yourkidmatters.com

It will be a site for parents that has all sorts of information from shopping, childcare, health, etc.

I need a kid/family oriented logo.
The logo may be animated but nothing huge.

The site will be using kind of pastel colors, bright colors or a tanish color throughout the site for now. It may change so I will need the logo in a psd format so I can change as I see fit.
Size is to be no more then 600x200 or smaller
Image formats: jpg or gif


Use your imagination, I have no idea what kind of logo or style I'm looking for.

Payout will be made via paypal in $50.

PLEASE put a watermark on your entries as I don't want someone else to take them.

This will end in two weeks or until I see a winner already.

I'm not a good graphic designer, but I had a crack at it anyway. I tried to make it look like it was made by kids, don't think it worked though....

Sorry about the low quality and watermark, but you know ,thieves...
Available in PNG and PSD only (for transparency). All other formats (jpeg, bitmap etc) with no transparency.

 

I didn't copied your text concept. It is my usual style of making banners.

 

I'm very desperate for money right now and $50 would be amazing, so I'm giving this my best shot. I hope they're not too shabby; if you need anything else done please let me know and feel free to edit colors, etc. however you like to make it fit your needs! (I did the blue and pink as for boy and girl, kids colors).

when are you deciding?

 

All great entries thus far, but not too downplay anyone elses, I think Moodswing's logo has that extra bit of quality. Hope you get some more great entries. This is only my opinion though.

 

Changes in color, positioning and style can be changed, just let me know.
