needing somebody's help

    Hello i am looking to start a website like : http://rapidshare.com/

    but i need somebody to create it the site will be like that but it will also have a search feature where guests can search for files

    the person that creates this will get 25% of all profit and all they have to do is create it, i will run it and promote it

    there are several rapidshare clones out there, and i am sure there are free search systems.
