Needing illustration/digital drawing done (Convert a photo to a cartoony)

    I am needing someone to convert a picture of me to a cartoony graphic somewhat like http://www.johncow.com/ or of lesser quality. My budget is small.

    if u need something like that i can make it.but its expnsive.u cant find designer that will accept in low price if the quality of mascot is something like that:)

    yeah.. work on this kind of work took 5 - 10 hours of my time. so pls thinks the price wisely. :)
