Needing html/css made into wordpress theme

    I want to take this exact page and recreate it in wordpress with a custom theme

    Of course the header will need to be made a simple text graphic with my site name and the menu will be my blog pages and not those on this site.

    I need this done before Dec 31 and at an affordable rate. Please contact me with any questions and offers.

    What's your offer for the job, mention your budget as well. For someone $10USD for a Logo is affordable and for someone $400 USD for a logo is affordable.
