Needing cheap coder to code a simple project

    Hey guys,

    I am looking for a experience PHP coder that can do a fairly simple PHP project, consisting of probably around 5 files or less and involving MySQL. Please PM me for details. My budget is small, so do not contact me if you are someone charging $15+ an hour.
