Hi, I am looking for an experienced wordpress plugin coder who has built WP plugins from scratch before. There are always new projects on the go but the one to start with is an RSS Feed creator plugin. Basically, I want to be able to paste a few hundred links in to a WP plugin and the plugin turns those links in to an RSS feed. The feed will only show 10 URLs at a time so the URLs would have to randomly show in the feed. Titles and descriptions (for the feed) would also need to rotate at random.
