I need someone who can build me an auto responder/email filtering script that I can install on my hosting account. I'm sick of paying a 3rd party monthly fee when i know i could just have the same thing built for me and pay for it only ones...Most the stuff on GetResponse I never use and I really only need something basic to make my email more manageable. My question is: what should my budget/offer be on elance? it needs to be something reasonable since it's only personally for myself, I don't intend on selling it Have you had anyone build a server side application for you, how much did it cost and did they do a good job? etc...
