I think you are asking too much. First of all, 10 articles of 500 words take a lot of time to be written therefore I think that only a few people would be able to meet the deadline. Secondly, you don't want any rewritten articles. If you provide us with topics that are very rare, rewriting previous articles makes it easier for the writer but not being able to rewrite articles is really a minus. And last, but the most, $2-$2.5/500 words? You can only get writers that don't speak English well with that rate. (No offense guys) $150 seems really tempting but you would have to work a lot with your proposed rate. Please don't take my comment as an offense, I am only trying to help you realize that you will be facing a problem to find a writer that can work under these conditions.
