Needed! Web 2.0 Header (Glossy, Glowy effect)

    Hi,

    I need someone to make a Web 2.0 banner with glossy or glowy type effects.

    Dimensions: 784px × 71px (Estimated height, can be different) Width must be the same.

    Want it to look something like this:

    Without the starry badge, just main text on the actual banner with some glow and a small reflection.

    Text: Lithium-Media OR Lithium-Media.com
